Son of Carol & Peter Ventimiglia (Milo) was born in California. His father belongs to Sicilian descent and his mother is of Scottish and English ancestry. He was born with a self-described ”crooked mouth” i.e. the result of damaged nerves on the left side which caused that left side to remain immobile. Milo attended El Modena High School in Orange, California, where he studied drama and held the office of president in office government. In 1995 he completed his graduation. Ventimiglia started auditioning, booking jobs, and working his way up at the age of 18. Knowing him personally, he was in a relationship with Alexis Bledel one of the co-stars from 2002 to 2006. Moreover, he also dated his next co-star Hayden Panettiere from 2007 to 2009.
